The Provincial Government of Cavite (PGC) Sportsfest 2025 officially kicked off on February 25, 2025, with a high-energy Zumba Dance session participated in by PGC employees at the Provincial Gymnasium, Trece Martires City.
PGC Sportsfest is an annual event designed to promote health, camaraderie, and sportsmanship among government employees, featuring a lineup of exciting activities spanning several months.
Following the Zumba opening, the competition commenced with the Badminton matches which will take place from February 25 to 28 at the Provincial Gymnasium. The schedule for other events is as follows: Chess will be held on February 26, Darts will take place on March 5 to 6, and E-Games will be played on March 7, 11, 12, 13, and 14. Volleyball games will run from March 18 to May 16, while Basketball matches will be held from April 22 to June 19.
Each sporting event is set to bring out the competitive spirit of PGC employees while fostering teamwork and a sense of unity within the provincial government. Participants eagerly anticipate showcasing their skills, whether in physical sports such as basketball and volleyball or strategic games like chess and darts.
