The Ugnayan sa Barangay program of the Provincial Government of Cavite, under the leadership of Governor Francisco Gabriel “Abeng” Remulla, continues its mission of bringing essential public services directly to Caviteรฑos as it held its latest run in Barangay Hugo Perez, Trece Martires City on October 10, 2025.
The activity was graced by Trece Martires City Mayor Mayor Gemma Buendia Lubigan, Vice Mayor Bobby Montehermoso, members of the Sangguniang Panglungsod, and 7th District Board Member Aldrin Anacan, who joined in supporting the program and the provinceโs ongoing efforts to strengthen community engagement and ensure that government services reach every Caviteรฑo.
This program reflects the provincial governmentโs commitment to bringing efficient, people-centered governance closer to the grassroots, fostering stronger partnerships with local communities throughout Cavite.
