Provincial Government of Cavite Spearheads Operation Tuli Program held at Dra. Olivia Salamanca Memorial District Hospital in Cavite City last August 1, 2023 benefiting over a hundred young males with free circumcision service. The success of the program is attributed to the collaborative efforts of the PGCâs Medical Mission Team, ABC President Apple Paredes and Medical Teams from Salamanca Hospital and Kawit Kalayaan Hospital.
