
The Federation of the Deaf β Cavite Province, Inc., a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered disability organization, formally inducted its newly elected officers during an Oath-Taking Ceremony held on July 21, 2026, at the New Provincial Government Center, Trece Martires City.
Leading the organization is its newly inducted President, Mr. Mark Kelvin Marcial, together with the federation’s officers who pledged their commitment to advancing the rights, welfare, and inclusion of the Deaf community across the Province of Cavite. The oathtaking was administered by Governor Abeng Remulla, whose presence underscored the Provincial Government’s continued support for programs and initiatives that promote accessibility, empowerment, and equal opportunities for persons with disabilities.
The ceremony was also graced by Ms. Marie Shiela Antenor, Head of the Office of the Provincial Persons with Disabilities (OPG-OPPDAO), whose steadfast advocacy and partnership continue to strengthen programs that foster inclusivity and meaningful participation of persons with disabilities in community development.
The event marked a significant milestone for the Federation as it embarks on a new chapter of leadership, dedicated to serving the Deaf community through collaboration, advocacy, and sustainable programs that uphold the principles of equality, accessibility, and empowerment. β OPIO
