
Cavite Job Fair connects hundreds to employment opportunities in Naic
Strengthening its commitment to employment generation and inclusive economic growth, the Provincial Government of Cavite, through the Office of the Provincial Public Employment Service Manager (OPPESM) led PESO Manager Rizalie P. Enero, successfully conducted a Job Fair on April 28 at Waltermart Naic.
In collaboration with the Local Government Unit of Naic and various employment partners, the activity opened doors to diverse career opportunities for Caviteño jobseekers by bringing together 36 participating companies, composed of 28 local employers and 8 overseas agencies.
The event served a total of 318 jobseekers, including 189 female and 129 male applicants, demonstrating strong public participation and highlighting the continuing need for accessible employment services within the community.
A significant highlight of the activity was the successful hiring of 47 applicants who were hired on the spot (HOTS), providing immediate employment opportunities and reinforcing the effectiveness of government-led workforce development programs.
The presence and support of LGU Naic further strengthened the collaborative effort to connect local talent with potential employers while promoting economic mobility for residents.
